This article explains which filters can be used to refine content.
The filter bar (on the right) can be used to narrow down the display of search results and folder and album contents. The following filters are available (sorted alphabetically):
- Color: selection of a color value via color picker or entry of a HEX code (24 bit)
- Custom metadata: free text or selection list
- Date range: refers to the upload date, defined by from / to
- Datasets (optional add-on): entry of dataset information
- Dimensions & orientation: minimum and maximum height and width (px); horizontal, vertical, square
- File type: file formats from the categories images, videos, documents and other
- Licenses: selection from all created licenses
- Location (optional add-on): selection of location and radius (min. 1, max. 100 km)
- Persons: display of all person entries
- Status: Approved (green), In progress (yellow), On hold (red)
- Uploaded by: selection from all created users
The filter bar is expanded by default. If needed, it can be collapsed using the sidebar icon.
The display order of the filters can be adjusted via the three-dot menu ⁝ (top right).
💡 Tip: Filters can also be applied to the entire media library. To do so, select the folder icon in the left navigation or the home icon in the breadcrumb navigation (top).
