In this article, you will learn how you can easily search for similar images in the Media Hub.
A practical AI function is the similarity search. With this feature, a reference image is specified to display all available similar images. To start the search, click the highlighted Similar images label at the bottom right of an image preview tile.
The module evaluates both visual and semantic similarities and reliably recognises recurring image motifs. Of course, such a search only makes sense if a larger pool of potentially similar images is available. You can find out which file types are processed by the AI here.
Update: It is now also possible to search for similar images based on several selected files. To do this, simply select any number of images and select Search similar images in the top menu (under Actions). The search result can be refined or expanded using three accuracy levels (exact, balanced, flexible). A combination with the classic search or visual search is also possible.
