In this article, you will learn how to upload files to the Media Hub via the web app.
If you want to access the Media Hub from your smartphone, it makes sense to use our progressive web app (PWA). You can find out how to do this here. Of course, you can also upload any file that you have saved on your mobile phone to the Media Hub via the web app. To do this, navigate to a workspace or folder on a lower level and tap on the plus sign in the navigation bar. The options Create folder and Upload files appear.
If you tap on the latter, you may be asked for authorisation the first time, as photos, videos and audio files can also be requested directly from the camera or microphone. If this is not desired, tap Do not allow (Android) or Don't Allow (iOS). You can then still upload all existing files via the app: To do this, simply tap on Files or on the folder icon and select the desired files on the next screen.
