This article explains how to view the activities of a file (downloads, previews, etc.).
In the Media details of a file, the History tab shows three counters in the Activities section:
- Downloads
- Previews
- Details views
⚠ Note: This section is only visible to administrators and main users with the Analytics access permission.
Below, every logged activity is listed with time, user and type, for example Details view or Download - Original. Internal activities in the Media Hub are counted as well as activities via external share links or Media Portals. Activities in the Media Hub or in Media Portals with a preceding login appear with the user name, all others anonymously.
