In this article, you will learn how to view and manage shared folders and albums.
As soon as a share has been created, an entry is created at the album or folder. Navigate to the album or folder > click on abum or folder shares in the options bar. Alternatively: in the higher-level structure, click on the share icon with a superscript number (number of created shares).
The overview appears in the right sidebar. The lock icon (🔒 or 🔓) shows whether a share has been created with or without a password. The creation date and, if applicable, an e-mail address are also displayed in the overview. If a share entry is expanded, it can be edited or deleted. The share link is copied to the clipboard using the copy icon. The validity period, download size and any tracking events can also be called up.
