In this article, you will learn how to share albums with specific Media Hub users.
As an administrator or main user (with the Manage albums authorisation), you can share individual albums. To do this, click on Edit for the desired album in the album overview. In the Individual user sharing field, you can now tick one or more users > Finally, save album.
⚠ Note: All created users can be given access to an album (including guest users and photographers). The prerequisite for this is that access to individual albums is activated in the respective permission group. With the approval, users also receive the authorisation to manage possible sub-albums independently.
