In this article, you will learn how to share folders and albums externally.
Both folders and albums can be shared externally. To do so, click Share at the top right of the folder or album view. Individual files can be shared as well: select them and choose Share under More in the action bar.
In the dialog, click Create new share. A password and an expiry date can be assigned there.
There are also options relating to the arrangement and image size (download templates can be used). File information can also be exported. A template with the desired fields must be available for this (click Manage templates if necessary). E-mail addresses can be added for sending the release link. Alternatively, the link can also be created without specifying addresses for later dispatch using an external programme.
