This article explains how to set a thumbnail for folders or albums.
To set an image as the cover for a folder or album, the view mode Folder must be enabled. When hovering over a folder or album, the Change thumbnail button appears. After clicking it, a dialog opens displaying all contained assets, which can be filtered using the search field. Finally, select the desired image and click Save.
