This article explains how administrators can define the default view and search setting for users across the organization.
The applicable options are located in the Organization settings under Theme.
Default view for new users
Here you can define the view mode new users see when they first log in. Available options: Media stream, Folder and List.
Search setting for new users
Here you can set the default mode of the hybrid search. Available options: Data Only, Balanced and AI Visual Only.
Tile size for new users
The slider defines the default minimum tile height in the grid view (180 to 400 pixels).
Reset view for all users
Clicking Reset user view settings resets the individual view settings of all existing users to the organization defaults configured above.
