In this article, it is explained what permission groups are.
Permission groups are used to determine which functions and workspaces users have access to. This systematises the assignment of rights and saves time.
Functions can be activated as required for main users (see creating permission groups).
Only certain functions are available for guest users and photographers.
Workspaces (folder permissions) can be extended or restricted as required for each user group below administrator level.
