In this article, you will learn how to expand the storage space of your Media Hub organization.
Administrators should check from time to time how much free storage space (media storage) is still available. The corresponding information can be found under: Settings > Organization settings > Users > Licence overview > Media storage
If the storage space is running low, additional storage can be added directly from the application. To do this, click the Expand package button. In the second field of the window that opens, enter the value by which the existing volume is to be increased (smallest unit 50 gigabytes). Alternatively, you can also use the slider.
If "I would like to extend my package for a fee" is ticked, the process can be completed by clicking Save. The additional storage space will then be available immediately.
⚠ Note: If the storage space is full, uploads will fail and a warning message will be displayed in the application. Administrators also receive a warning by email.
A maximum of 1000 GB can be added from the application. If you need more volume, simply contact our support team.
