In this article, you will learn how to create an imprint and a data protection text for your Media Hub and your Media Portal.
Administrators can create an imprint and individual data protection texts in the Media Hub. To do this, navigate to General settings in the organization settings. At the very bottom you will find the Edit data protection and legal notice button.
The texts can be created, formatted and provided with links using a rich text editor. It is also possible to create texts in English, Finnish and Swedish. Simply click on the 文A icon (stands for multilingualism) at the top right of the window.
All users of the Media Hub (including guest users and photographers) can then view the legal notice and privacy policy under Account settings > Profile.
In addition, the imprint and data protection text will appear in the footer of all system emails sent by your Media Hub instance.
And if the Media Portal extension is used, links to the texts are also generated in the login screen and in the footer of the portal.
