Re-index AI data

Sometimes it can be useful to recreate the AI data of certain folders. The two most important use cases for reindexing are

• recursive person search: the AI has been trained on new persons in the meantime and existing image sets are to be searched for them retrospectively.
• subsequent smart tagging: automatic tagging of existing image collections.

To do this, click on Edit for the desired folder in the folder overview (also works for subfolders) > activate Smart Tagging under AI modules if necessary > click in the ↻ Reindex AI data window > Confirm dialog.

⚠ Note: Reindexing is counted towards the quota of AI transactions.
