In this article, you will learn how to define access options for the Media Portal.
Various access restrictions can be set up under the Access tab. The following options are available:
- Access only possible via login
- Access only possible via access token
- Show preview for users who are not logged in
Only registered users are granted access via login: main users, guest users, photographers and those who only have access rights for the Media Portal (see here).
At least one token must have been created for access via token. To do this, click + Create access token > Set name and expiry date > Save. A tokenised access link can then be copied to the clipboard and sent.
In the preview for users who are not logged in, albums and media can be viewed but not downloaded. A combination of this preview with access via login or access via token is possible. An album overview (darkened) then appears for users without authorisation.
