In this article, you will learn how to create permission groups.
To create a new group, navigate to Permission groups in the Organization settings and click + Create permission group > Assign name for group.
The functions listed below are available for selection in the permissions field. Those that can also be assigned to guest users (GU) or photographers (P) are marked here with a tick (✓).

After completing the selection, tick the persons who are to be part of the permission group in the User drop-down menu. Then define the workspaces (main folders) to which the rights should apply. For a full release, there is the shortcut Access to all workspaces. Finally, save.
