In this article, you will learn how tags (keywords) can be converted into a synonym. This serves to merge existing tags and increases the findability of relevant files.
Firstly, switch to the Tag Manager. Select an existing tag. For the other tags in the structure, an arrow is now displayed in the column for synonyms (far right). As soon as one of these arrows is clicked, a confirmation prompt appears asking whether a new synonym should actually be created. Click on Confirm to finalise the process. The tags have now been merged.
