In this article, you will learn how to manage tags (keywords).
Switch to the settings (first entry in the drop-down menu at the top right under your name) > navigate to # Tag manager under Organization settings.
Existing tags without a hierarchy can be found in the Name column under Unclassified. You can create further tags there by selecting Unclassified, then clicking on Add tag in the top right-hand corner and creating the desired tag (with synonyms if required).
If you want to create a new structure with a hierarchy, click on Add tag (without selecting anything) and specify the name for the tag at the top position, e.g. Animals. To create a tag at the level below this, select Animals and create a tag called Mammals, for example.
By repeating this simple process, you can create a tree with many elements and levels. You can also specify in the two centre columns whether a tag should be addable and/or searchable (both are activated by default). The synonyms created are displayed on the far right. You can use the expansion arrows to expand and collapse individual branches.
Move tags to the top level: If you click on the upward-pointing arrow ↑ after selecting a tag, the tag (including any subordinate tags) is moved to the top level of the structure.
