All functions of Media Hub and Media Portal are documented here in the helpdesk. When working in the Media Hub, the entry (?) Help Centre can be selected in the drop-down menu below the user name. This leads directly to this website.
The articles are organized by topic. Alternatively, a full-text search can be used to search specifically for certain questions or keywords. The search field on the start page is available for this purpose. In addition, our support bot (bottom right) can provide further assistance.
