All features of the Media Hub and the Media Portal are documented in this Helpdesk. Articles can be browsed by topic or found via the full-text search. Complete questions can also be entered directly into the search field.
Support agent
Our AI-based support agent (bottom right) can also assist. It is familiar with all Helpdesk articles and can forward requests to a support representative if required.
